When will I receive my order?

You should receive your order to your delivery address, within 5 to 10 working days of a confirmed payment.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered at a precise time. We therefore advice you to use a convenient delivery address, where someone is readily available to receive the order.
Can I still change the delivery address after my order has been submitted?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address after your order has been submitted. We therefore advise you to carefully think about the delivery address, before confirming your order. If you are not available at home throughout the day, you may prefer to use a work address, neighbour or even a relative.
Can I collect my order in person?

Unfortunately it is not possible to collect your order in person.
What happens if I'm away when you deliver?

If there was nobody at home to receive your box, the courier will leave a note containing a contact number. This number will then allow you to arrange for redelivery, at a more convenient time.
