Can I still change the delivery address after my order has been submitted?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address after your order has been submitted. We therefore advise you to carefully think about the delivery address, before confirming your order. If you are not available at home throughout the day, you may prefer to use a work address, neighbour or even a relative.
Can I collect my order in person?

What happens if I'm away when you deliver?

That is why we need your telephone number. All deliveries call ahead to ensure you're in at time of delivery. There is full track and trace on all our parcels so we can tell you where your order is at anytime.

If there was nobody at home to receive your box, the courier will leave a note containing a contact number. This number will then allow you to arrange for redelivery, at a more convenient time.
