  • Why should I join up to the Falling Price Auction Service?

    Three good reasons:

    1. GET notified first when boxes are up for Auction, which fall in price every hour on the hour until they are all sold out.
    2. GET notified when slow selling boxes are further discounted to clear. This can be up to 80% off! This option is ONLY available to subscribers.
    3. GET customised emails, so we only notify you when stuff you want comes up.

  • What obligation do I have if I join up?

    Signing up to Luckebox is free, you are never under any obligation to buy anything and you may cancel your subscription at any time by sending STOP to info@luckebox.com

  • What is the Luckebox Personal Data Promise?

    We will NEVER rent, trade, or release your information to any third party for any reason - ever. We respect YOUR email privacy and hate spam with a passion.

  • What is the Luckebox Quality Assurance Policy?

    Products are never out of date or any closer to a use by date then you would buy at your local supermarket. We never offer returns, seconds or damaged stock. The same warrantees cover most stock, as you would receive buying on the high street.

  • Can I get my Luckebox delivered to my office (i.e. place of work)?

    Absolutely. Please choose delivery to the address youll be at to collect at the time the postman typically arrives.

  • Are you able to select what goes into a Luckebox?

    There are a couple of options:

    1. In general, boxes are only available exactly as offered, there is no pick and choose, that’s how we get the value they’re offered at.
    2. We’re always looking for ideas and suggestions, if agents see any product we have or don’t which are available at a combined RRP of 50...tell us! We add new boxes every week, most come from customer suggestions.
    3. If you wanted a customised box for a particular reward program –no problem, we’ll even call it after the program if you want (the ‘company name’ box). Agents can still have the option of taking this or another box, if they want.

  • Can a corporate customer design their own box for staff or customer incentives?

    Absolutely! If you wanted a customised box for a particular reward program –no problem, we’ll even call it after the program if you want (the ‘company name’ box). Agents can still have the option of taking this or another box, if you want or can be limited to receiving that box alone.

  • When does Luckebox deliver?

    Deliveries take place during the week. If that does not suit you why not get your Luckebox delivered to work, or to a neighbours house whom maybe at home during the day?

  • Whats your returns policy?

    Our returns policy:

    1. The whole box maybe returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing.
    2. Any item within the box maybe returned for a 50% refund of its advertised RRP within 30 days of purchasing.
    3. Any electrical or audio (i.e. any battery or mains powered device), is covered by a 120 day credit warrantee. If returned within 120 days of purchase with a fault; a credit note equal to 50% of the RRP will be offered.
    4. NOTE: we do not provide a repair or replace service on any item.
    5. Refunds are made to PayPal account or purchasing Credit Card.
    6. Credit Notes are redeemable against future Luckebox.com purchases only.

  • Are all the products exactly as I would buy them in a high street store?

    Yes. With two exceptions.

    1. Sometimes we’ll include sample size items from companies that what you to try their product. We will always state sample size as one of the points under the product information when you click on each product. Also the RRP will either be set at zero or will reflect the value of the product.

    2. We do offer Store Clearance (SC) items at incredible value to you. These items have all been tested independently by us to work perfectly, but have been offered to us because their display box is marked, damaged or not in original packaging. We offer terrific value on these items and they remain completely covered by our warranty and 90 day return policy.
