We at Luckebox have over 20 years experience in the Contact Centre industry and after recognising the ineffectiveness and staleness of incentives and rewards being used in the industry we thought there must be a better way!

Luckebox was born.

We customise programs for each of our clients based on taking into account exisiting cultures, reward objectives, and budget. The core process of our programs consist of analysis and consultation, implementation of interactive online Leaderboards, and delivery of tangible rewards.

Luckebox are specialists in the delivery of tangible rewards offering evolving flash weekly or monthly rewards that change each month. This creates an air of anticipation each month as teams wait to see what will arrive in the box this month. We also deliver bumper end of month or end of campaign top prize boxes that reward the top performers. Four of our most popular reward options are:

The LuckeDip box. This is perfect for flash (or perhaps instant) rewards and injecting fun and motivation into the ream. Generally we theme this box (eg Culinary, Valentines Day, and Team Bonus)
Grand Prize LuckeDip. This is similar to LuckeDip but with the addition of a grand prize (camera, speaker unit, GPS). This box is fantastic value at only 140 Euro for what is a total prize value of 235 Euro
Team goodie bags. This is a set of bags containing similar goodies (one for each member of the team). These bags are made to order and contain some cool goodies at a predetermined value of 15 - 30 Euro.
Finally, our new Mega Dip Boxes. These seem like a very good option for your sports and social prizes and your teams goodie presses. Each box represents at least a 35% saving off RRP. Online Interactive Leaderboards: We have a range of exciting motivational games developed around a variety of themes. Their core purpose is to increase employee performance and contribute to a competitive spirit in a fun and engaging way.
